Surveys

Since 2003, British Columbia’s Office of Patient-Centred Measurement has conducted surveys that ask patients their views about the performance of British Columbia’s health system.
British Columbians have told us a lot about the quality and safety of their healthcare and the healthcare services provided in our province. Listening to the voices of our patients helps us to learn more about areas where we are doing well, as well as where we need to improve.
British Columbia's Office of Patient-Centred Measurement randomly selects patients to provide feedback about their experiences of care in the following sectors:
-
Acute Inpatient
-
Total Hip and Knee Replacement
-
Primary Care
-
Home Support
-
Mental Health & Substance Use
-
Emergency Department
-
Outpatient Cancer Care
-
Continuity in Transitions
-
Long Term Residential Care
